One of our Year 10 students has recently raised money for Comic Relief. Husen Mohammed raised £79 on
Comic Relief day by doing a Sponsored Silence for a whole school day.

Husen said "I chose to do this miraculous sponsored silence because usually I can’t keep my mouth shut. I really wanted to challenge myself.
Another reason why I did this
was to prove all my teachers wrong, as they said it would be impossible for me to stay quiet all day!
I was really proud that I achieved my goal and that I raised money for those people that are in need."
